Michelle To is our Senior Clerk and has been with us since Chambers was established in 1990. She has over 25 years of experience in clerking and plays a leading role in liaising between members and instructing parties. She is responsible for management of members’ diaries and can advise on the suitability and availability of instructing members of Chambers.
